Billy could be very stubborn at times and this is a classic story he volunteered while playing golf last year. Angie, Billy and Andrew were on there way to visit relatives, on the motorway the traffic started to get congested and all the lanes were very busy and moving slowly. Billy liked being in the nearside lane, the other lanes were moving faster, but he was staying put. Andrew very helpfully pointed out that the other lanes were moving much quicker, “no, were staying here!” After about 1/2 hour they eventually reached a junction and he realised they’d been in a queue for the Silverstone race track 😂. RIP Billy
